Ah a great time was had by all!  These folks were very kind to allow us to join them.  It was a wine tasting event, 12 or so wines in all plus a roast pig dinner.  I can only say that it was one of the highlights of our trip to Germany.  I unfortunately did not heed the advice given re: drinking two glasses of water for every glass of wine. So... I did not make it past sample number nine.
